A few things
1. Be proud of the fact that you became lucid! That's step one and a definite indicator that you're headed in the right direction.
2. Try to relax. Now that you have an idea of what it's like to be in a dream, try to remind yourself before you go to sleep. Before bed, tell yourself that when you realize you're dreaming you'll take a moment to relax. Take some breaths, don't try to break out and try to change everything, but take some time to adjust to the dream first. If you can't move, just wait patiently for a bit and keep reminding yourself that you're dreaming. Even if things start getting weird around you, relax and just wait until you adjust.
3. Avoid stress. Don't plan to repeat the experience of being frozen and not being able to move. Plan on realizing you're dreaming and then going and doing... something. Decide what you want to do before you go to bed and remind yourself what that is during the day. Don't worry that things will go wrong, but rather just enjoy your dreams and enjoy the experience and if you don't get things right away, that's okay. You'll get it in time.
