You're right; it is a complete replica of the NovaDreamer...

      but is it as effective?

(I've actually never used the EILD method)

Very true wasup, I have never used one but have always been curious as to its effectiveness but have been put off by the ridiculously high price so I have never bought one.... I imagine quite a few others have too..so at least now there is an alternative!

wow, look at the exchange rates... thats amazing... what ever is happening to the us dollar??

theres my first topic i posted somewheres around here... ld goggles, we had some really good stuff goin....

      1) using an optical mouse to sense REM

      2) using an alam clock and a flashlight so that you dont have to wear anything ( you can just set it up somewhere with the flashlight pointed at you)

      3) using legos

      4) using watches (for portibility)

      5) and much, much, more
give the forum a search if you are looking for a good read
