has anyone ever had a dream not lucid about a place youve never been with people youve never seen, and then some day you get 'deja vu' then you remember it from a dream? what's with that?

I dunno if I've had that before. I've had similar things happen. It might be a coincidence. It might be the subconscious picking up on subtle hints from different mediums such as the TV and people you have seen in a crowd but didn't pay attention to among many other things. Most of the time, deja vu is when the mind messes up and stores a current thing in the short term memory and long term memory at once. Sometimes this might seem like a dream memory, even though it isn't.

A lot of my dreams are like that...some are intertwined with visual prophecies about those people and places...

I had those kinds of dreams all the time when I was younger but slowly had them less as I got older. Last time it happened, I dreamt I was sitting on a red bench in front of a wall of green bushes, hanging out a bunch of friends (that I didn't know in real life). 9 months later I got a job as a camp counselor 1,500 miles away and right in front of our cabins were the same red benches in front of a wall of green bushes, and that's where me and the other counselors would hang out during our off hours. One day while we were hanging out by the benches, the dream came flooding back so fast and so clearly, I even knew what everyone was going to say before they said it. Trippy. Funny thing is, that was the last time that happened, but also the furthest into the future I ever dreamt. It's been 6 years since I had one of those...
