I have not sleep very well the whole month and I would wake up every 30 minutes but last night I had the most vivid LD ever. Transition to lucid was some sensation that would wake me up so that was a trigger. I ran toward a wall and flew hundreds of meters into the air, and started falling... Usually I would feel the adrenaline now I wake up but everything went black and I transitioned in another extreme vivid lucid dream. Do you know the feeling when you firmly close your eyes and you can even hear the sound of your extraocular eye-muscles contracting? And the blackness filling vision as when you suddenly stand up when on low blood pressure? That was the transition feeling! Like passing out in a dream. I guess the eye tension was real since those muscles are not paralyzed during sleep.
I did lost lucidity soon but I gained it back several times again and each time I would fly high and after fallen back down, passing out, I would end in another lucid dream even though I do want to wake up before hitting the ground (so no adrenaline to wake me up on time)
Anyone knows what I am talking about? Any thoughts and similar experiences? It was great experiences but I would like to hear if you know I way to wake up if wanted...
