Hi, ive noticed that i have a problem with keeping myself asleep while i first become lucid. and im not even excited or anything, it seems like because i realized i was dreaming, my body thinks i should be awake. Every time i gain lucidity, no matter how calm i am, or what technique i use, i get that floating feeling like im returning to my bed (u know the one, its a hard feeling to describe. ) and i wake up. I was wondering if anyone could give advice as to how i could keep myself from waking up. ALSO I've noticed my dreams are all like im watching a recording of something in fast forward. i never remember sounds or smells, or anything anymore, just random bits of very unclear, and un-vivid dream fragments. It as a whole is very unsatisfying and im unsure as to why it is happening. NOTE: i used to dream clear and fine, but not now, is something wrong with my REM cycles or am i not sleeping deep enough? im clueless. |
