Hi, just lately I'm having the most angry, violent dreams. I'm a really peaceful person and wouldn't hurt a fly but just lately I'm dreaming that I'm so angry, I'm yelling at people in my sleep and wake my family up, I'm dreaming about bludgeoning people to death with such anger and feel total power when I'm doing it. Its always me being violent to someone else and I just can't control my anger in these dreams. Why am I dreaming these things...its driving me crazy! I wake up exhausted each morning.
