This is scary, but interesting

Our brain is an amazing thing. Here's an example of that:
When i started trying to Lucid Dream last year in august, i made a dream journal in which i wrote my dreams into, the date of the day i dreamed them, and something else: when i wake up, the first thing that comes to my mind is a song or a random phrase. I usually know where these phrases come from, but at the first entry in my journal, i wrote down something i didn't know where it came from and it's "prove uneventful". I found it strange but didn't really care about it. Since my first language isn't English, i didn't understand how this got into my head.
I didn't think about this until now, when i read this WILD tutorial just a few minutes ago:

I'm reading it when suddenly i notice something. At the end of the second step: "...prove uneventful" I didn't hear those words many times and i knew i've already seen it somewhere, then i realized it. I open my dream journal and the first date says 14 August 2009. When i first read that thread, i saved it to my bookmarks, i check the date when it was saved and it's 9 August 2009.

I thought i would share this with you people. I find it interesting how our brain remembers stuff like that. :) Sorry if i'm boring you guys, but i don't have anyone to tell these kind of things. Maybe you care more than my friends :P

:D i have similar experiences- ill remember a phrase or conversation from a dream and within the next few days it usually shows up in my waking life, theyre always pretty random. Im glad to see someone else whos noticed it, it really is one of the coolest things the mind can do!
