      Some problems

Ive been trying to do this LD thing properly for the past month or two (i used to have random ones quite often) and ive been facing the same problems over and over again. First problem is umm i don't really know how to explain it. Every night before i go to sleep i meditate for a bit , do some reality tests and follow what all of you are say(relaxing , trying to trick my mind n so) . After some time i get my body asleep , and after a couple of minutes i start feeling like im being taken into somewhere (i could say feels a lot similiar to the feeling of O.B.E ) then suddenly for some reason i start focusing on how loud i breathe , how loud my heart is beating of just simply get myself overexcited . Same happens when i realise im dreaming . When i realise im dreaming the best thing i can do is to keep myself asleep for some time , without gaining any control of the dreams.

If you understood my poor english skills , and maybe you know what problems am i struggling with, especialy the first one , where you're about to be "taken" , please give me some tips . Thanks

I suppose you're talking about WILD(check the tutorials in the forum if you haven't already - this is a nice one)

Why don't you try just counting your breaths until you fall in a dream, I think this helps to people. This way you shouldn't notice your heart or anything, because you'll be busy counting
Also, try to stay calm. When you're in a dream don't think that you're sleeping, just.. dream your dream

You can also try repeating a mantra like: I will realize when I'm dreaming and I will have full control of my dream. Or something that suits you. Hope this helps

When im counting my breaths i concentrate on the voice in my head counting them (one , two and so on..) . And ive tried the repeating thing , doesnt seem to help much . And yes i was talking about WILDs. For some reason i believe im going the wrong dirrection , because i used to achieve OBEs quite often in the past , and ive got to say the feelins are very similiar

Indeed - concentrate on the voice in your head and just don't move and it will come.
Sorry to hear mantras don't work for you, they definitely do for me.
Anyway, maybe you just need more practice, you probably won't have successful WILD the first few times you try it, besides WILD is supposed to be the hardest tech

Good luck with it, I'm sure that if you want it you'll make it happen soon enough
