Thread: Strange Dream.

Ok, I had this dream last night, it was real strange i need help in determining its meaning so anybody who could help is welcome to do so. If you need anymore information that you believe would help figure it out i would be happy to reply.

Well first part i remember, I am standing by my parents in the parking lot of some type of superstore,It seems very busy and it is a very dark night, They tell me to go ahead and go find her, "what are you waiting for?" my dad asks. I know who he is talking about, (An old girlfriend named Alex that I have rarely even thought about, she cheated on me so I left her and I ended up bieng a real asshole to her out of pain) Old memorys (that are real) start flooding through me.
So I walk into the store and I can not find her. But i see a friend in the dream with a bunch of other guy friends (not real, only in the dream but when i saw them in the dream i knew them) As i am walking up too them this older man, probably fifty or so says "remember me? I saw you in the store the other day, want to split a cab?" I felt guilty because I had no money and saw that he had kids with him, I told him that I was sorry I could not help him, And i really was.
So me and "The guys" are standing in the vegitable isle and this guy pushes one of my friends and keeps walking, my friend would not let it go as the man reached the end of the isle my friend ran up and stabbed him in the back with a pencil the man fell over. dead i believe.
All of a sudden, we are in a bathroom, the friend who stabbed the man was washing blood off of himself, And we all told him we had too leave now, He would not listen. So all of us start running me and one of us were the last two, he was wearing an orange hoodie, and as we were running out the bathroom seemed more like a bunker and a maze, you could run straight out or you could take a side route that would take a little longer, In each of these side routes was a man, each one with a weapon, they all gave me and my friend a look that said "we only want the one who stabbed our friend" they were waiting for us too leave too take thiere vengance.
Me and the guy in the orange hoodie finally make it out, I geve him a handshake and thank him for helping me out, we are in the middle of some sort of field, it is a beautiful day, All of a sudden i colapse, to tired to go on, I look back and see that my friend is covered in blood, On the ground dead. i see a shadow cast on his face of somebody else, and when they start talking the shadow cast on my friend makes it look like it's a shadow of himself talking, But it was a female voice that said "I don't know why it has too happen this way, But maybe they are happier"

And I woke up. This dream has been on my mind all day. Thank you in advance for any help. And in every part of the dream i felt how i would in a real situation, i felt guilt, i felt pain, i felt the strong will to keep myself alive in the same way i have reacted in real danger, it was all very real.

Why you are so obsessed with this dream?

Im not sure why, it was just so real. And vivid that it strikes me more than usual.

what was your impression of the female voice?
did your breakup with this girl Alex cause some sort of 'drama' within your social community? (particularly your male friends) if so this dream could be somewhat symbolic of that

The female voice made me feel reassured, About the death.

And my male friends pressured me into the break up, She cheated on me and we never got around to "Anything" and they all kind of convinced me too dump her. And I still feel guilty about how I broke up with her. I was an ass.
I was hurt, though that is not a good enough excuse.
