Thread: Do you talk in your sleep?

(Forgive me if this is in the wrong section, but I don't know any other section it could fit into. So, moderators, feel free to move it)



My Dad and Uncle have each told me things I've said in my sleep. They are:




You live over on Denver? I know where that is.



Leave me alone, I'm not done with my hamburger yet.



*about the hamburger*



Don't make me come over there and slap you.




(I guess someone wanted my hamburger D: )

All was said in a clear tone of voice, not sleep slurred at all they said. I find it hysterical xD I'm gonna tell them to listen closely so they can catch what I say next time!

I've never been known to speak in my sleep. But since I sleep in my own room, who knows what stuff I might be saying. xD

My mom reported me yelling gibberish in my sleep once

Nope. Otherwise I wouldn't be asleep

It seems to run in my family, but I don't do it. I do, however talk to people who talk to me when I'm asleep (and won't make too much sense, once I sang 'Marry Had a Little Lamb' to the tune of 'Ba Ba Blacksheep').

I don't recall these incidents etiher.

Is it just me, or do some of you also find things being said in dreams a bit scary? I don't know why, but I just think it is. Although, it is very interesting, and gives an insight to what's really going in inside the mind of a dreamer.
