      Trouble sleeping from "pusling"?

Lately it's just felt like more of an issue for me but does anyone here have a throbbing that they feel when they lay down that's just your pulse going through your body? It goes through my head whenever I lay down and doesn't really stop. It's gotten to the point where I can't even nap because it feels as strong or stronger as when you place your hand on your chest over your heart.

Does anyone else feel this or know how to stop it? It's starting to get on my nerves.

      Thanks

This is probably more of a "Sleep/Health" post....

I too experience heavy "pulsing" at times. It could be that you're noticing it more now since your more aware of yourself falling asleep (for lucid dreaming purposes). I would try your hardest to ignore it, turn some music on, direct your attention elsewhere. If it's still a problem, then maybe there is something medically going on and you may have to consult a doctor.
