I've been having trouble with recall off and on and I am in physical pain right now due to a work out injury and for the past two nights I have had much better recall and longer, or seemingly longer, dreams.
I am in pain all night long and feel it not in the dreams but when I wake, which prevents me from writing them down because I am so eager just to get some rest, so I was thinking that this might be some way of inducing recall or even lucids.
Like clipping a clothes pin to your nose or finger and continually noticing the discomfort while you slept. This might help you be more aware to at least recall and then later work up to lucids.
Has anyone done this or had the same experience?
