What negatively affects...
dream recall/vividness? There's been a FEW times which I had VERY vivid dreams but can't seem to find out how or what keeps me from having them. I'm assuming there is pretty many things that can hinder your dream recall and vividness so i figured I'd ask.

Actually thank for you this thread I was going to post something like this for a bit.
So does anyone know if melatonin effects dream recall. I take it during school nights, and all I can remember is blackness (which means nothing).

Luckily I'm drug free and I don't know about melatonin
