LOL sound like a total retard with the title, but anyways

rofl
I haven't really had a good memory of a decent dream before I started to explore the lucid way of things

; who would expect being a boy to have been so stressful that I could only recall a dozen of them? I mean doesn't it all start to deteriorate when you have to work, get chewed out by your boss and have to suck it up?
I really wonder if it's like that for everyone, so before I go back on topic I want to ask you
what your dream recall was like when you were teenage? I'm really curious
Anyways, since having my first sort-of lucid (but very unstable and largely uncontrollable) dreams I've told myself to memorise my dreams and recall them. I did this one night while lying in bed in my pokemon winter pajamas (LOL

just kidding) and I made a mental image of the words "I MUST REMEMBER MY DREAMS!" just before going to sleep.
The amount of dreams I remember since in this short period of time (3 months at the most) is way more than memorable dreams that total in my life up to the point when I *hypnotized* myself lol.
And whahay it worked!!

, I've had so many dreams since then that I've crammed my head up with so many visual scenes; and it made my head bigger lol since I've been too lazy to update my dream journals; so it's still all in my head.
I also haven't been trying to dream lucid; I haven't been telling myself I really want one, I haven't been preparing RCs like convincing myself that I don't have 6 fingers on one hand

, or arranging sleep patterns. But I'm thinking it could be because I'm jamming up too many dreams and using up too much space in my head;
do you think so?
Anyways nice updating you all and being back for once at last and I'm just happy I've improved myself!!
