I've heard of this before, I think it's called the black hole effect or something. It was mentioned on Lucid Crossroads, I've had it once but mine was only a 2 hour skip, not exxactly sure what causes it either |

Ok so last night I went to bed not that tired. And I was just laying there thinking about the day and plans and things like that.Pretty soon I found out that this was just one of those nights it takes awhile to fall asleep. Os my thoughts became abstract and I sorta came out of it and when I looked my alarm clock it was 3:00!!!!!And I had gone to bed at 9:00! What happened I had been aware that I was just laying there thee entire time!!!! So did I spend the entire night just laying there off in woohoo land?AkA-just laying there spacing out- |

Spoiler for Lucidity Secrets:
I've had those nights too often. I don't like them because I feel like I don't get a full nights rest. Like you said, it's sometimes when I'm not very tired to begin with, but I think more often it's when I'm stressed or have a lot on my mind. |
