Thread: Non-vivid dreams

Most of my dreams do not have any sense of reality. They don't have any sensual input component. I basically just have a general sense I'm doing something without really knowing what it is. Is there any way to increase vividness?

Also almost every time a dream becomes vivid I become lucid. This is very rare though.
