Anyone know a good Anti-Virus Protection software that is FREE? (no recomending trials please)

Anyone? I have like 200 viruses right now, and all the shit I tried is either a trial edition, or requires a registration code for the software to even work.

I know this isn't the best place to post this thread, but please someone HELP ME!!!

      Try avast! or AVG anti-virus.

But if you have 200 viruses, you would be better off just reinstalling Windows.

Yep, those two are the best free ones. I use Avast personally.

I really like AVG Free Edition

you can download it from here, it's completely free: http://www.grisoft.com/ww.product-av...s-free-edition

but if you have that many viruses, you might want to consider how they got there. Keeping your OS and applications up to date is important to preventing viruses. Also using a firewall and/or router to prevent access to your computer, and finally keeping your browser protected. Mozilla Firefox with NoScript is the safest way of browsing. If you download files a lot online, scan them with an anti-virus before you open them.

Also, a spyware scanner is important, spyware is different than a virus because it isn't designed to tamper with your programs, just to spy and report back information to a website, or somewhere. This can still slow down your machine considerably, though, so you should get a program like Ad-Aware to get rid of it.
      well wishes,
