how to wake up from dreams

ive been able to have lucid dreams for years now, but not until recently its became a problem. regardless if its lucid or normal, i can not wake up from my dreams. i slept 22 hour two days ago not hearing my alarm, calls, doorbell, it took some one to actaully kick me to wake me up. last nite i dreamt my day today, and slept for 16 hours till my mom hit me. i usually know when im dream and i fly and have crazy vivid dreams, but now a days, its almost impossible to wake me up from my rem sleep, dream state whatever u wanna call it. it makes me scared to fall asleep cause i really if no one was there to wake me up i will be stucked for extremely longer than i would ever want. i remember everything i dream, and can even wake up multiple times and continue to dream where i left off. any advice on not making my dreams control my life? cause its scaring me that i cant wake up.

This could be a brain tumor. Get a CT or MRI or something.
