Just like any other part of your dream, I think DCs are created by your subconscious. And if you're lucid, you can control what DCs do and say just by thinking about whatever you want them to do. |

What are DCs? and i don't mean as in the literal sense, i mean where do they come from? are they part of the conscious or subconscious? Are they all part of us, or maybe from another place? because the way i see it, you cannot be two people at once, and you also cannot control what DCs do or say. |

Well, i've tried talking to them, but they don't say nor do what i want them to. It seems to me that perhaps they are part of your subconscious we don't know about, like the part that controls our heart beating and body temperature, you know the one that we don't really have any control over. |

In my opinion they are subconscious manifestations of the different parts of your psyche. When you become lucid your conscious mind is interacting with your subconscious mind. If you are purposely controlling all of their actions as suggested above then they would all manifestations of your conscious mind. |

I had one lucid dream that was so real, I had to make sure I was dreaming. So I thought to myself, "if I'm dreaming right now, then she'll go down on me" and she started to, so I was like "hell yeah I'm dreaming" Then I shot fire balls at the wall. I haven't had many lucid dreams, so this is my only example of controlling DCs. |
