Running from a murderer

So it started off ok, there were 10 of us in this hotel and I only knew a few of them, started to like a girl but soon after that the lights went out and we saw ghost holograms of ourselves then these blades and S*** started coming though the wall, So we ran out and this crazy guy started throwing poisoned darts at us, and in the dream i had had a walking problem, so i had these things on my feet to help me walk. I quickly told the girl I love her and we started to run together, but she ran faster than me, and the guy threw two darts at me, but missed me, i saw her run with some of the group in the distance, with the mad man running after them. I declared i'd help her. So I ran in the distance they went,through towns and fields, (at one point i ripped off the things to help me walk because they slowed me down) eventually, I found myself with my best friend, in a crossroads.. one was towards a field, and 1 was towards a road with a very wooded area dark and wood.. the other two were towards towns. my friend wanted to go through the woods, but i thought it was bad so we ran through the field, i then turned around and saw a silhouette of the crazy man on the road of the wooded area (this was about half a mile away now) my friend tried to go through the corn fields to hide, but I told him if the man comes down here you'd not be able to run fast and he'd find you! we then got to the end of the field... horrah! a police station! we told them about the man and they put us in a room for the night. it was around 3am the mad man and his daughters came to our door (an old wooden unlocked backdoor) and started to scratch up our door! no police came, when the mad man and his daughter went, i told the police woman and she said we'll have to stay else-where and that was the end. I'd like to know what all this means.. I think it might have something to do with a girl I like who doesn't like me that way, she however, wasn't in the dream, but i've been really down about it.

I had a running in fear dream as a child. It was a reacurring nightmare. I'd hear this dramatic music, and just know the evil witch was chasing me. I'd run and hide, usually under the porch step, and I'd hear her footsteps getting louder and louder. I'd wake up just as she found me. Then, as I started learning to control my dreams, I got the idea to stop running. I stood there, dramatic scary music and all, and let the witch come to me. She smiled as she saw me, and offered me tea and cookies. After that I never had the dream again. I think that the point of that dream was to teach me to face my fears, maybe there is a fear you need to face?

The other day i had a dream, it was sort of like the shining,i was in this huge hotel by myself, i knew this murderer was in the hotel with me but i didnt know where, i also couldnt find no exits, the hotel was boarded up, and i can remember going up into the attic hearing the attic door close behind me and then i wake up. That screwed me up a lil.
