A thought after some personal observation.
Has anyone else found a correlation between what direction they are oriented while lying in bed sleeping, and dreaming characteristics?
By dreaming characteristics, I mean intensity, vividness, frequency etc etc. Perhaps even lucidity.
I have found after observing my own dreaming for the last few months that dream frequency increases when I sleep with my head to the north, lying on my back, with just a slight tilt to the west gained from a pillow under the edge of my back on the east side.
I also have noted that every instance of lucid dreaming comes from this particular orientation.
If I lay in the bed east to west, or face the bed in the room as such , I can hardly sleep at all.
