      Talking big progress

Yeah since i started trying dream recall i have had a few dreams i can remember but they have all been short but i woke up at 10 this morning and could remember loads of a dream i started wrighting as i was still half asleep i wrote over 2 pages and after i wrote it all down i new there was something else but couldnt remember it. I was about to get out of bed and then the other dream came to me it was alot shorter then the first so il tell you it. Right if your english and watch eastendrs you will know that sexy blonde called roxie she was in a cinama or pictures with me and there was 100s of red seats and she strips off all here cloths and turns round and does a real sexy dance and thats all i remember of that dream.

A good way to remember dreams is not to get out of bed right away, but lay relaxed with your eyes closed replaying the dreams over in your head.

When you wake up your mind focuses on the tasks ahead for the day and this pushed and recollection of dreams to the back of your mind and then are often forgotten.
