Pulling bones and hair from my head?

About four nights ago, I dreamt that I was in some small wooden cabin-shack type of house. It was deserted but I felt comfortable there and was sitting on a wooden chair near a corner. My hair started falling out in clumps and I started pulling at it to loosen it from my head. While gathering the strands after running my fingers through my hair, I would release the small clumps of hair from my hands and let it fall in the corner of the shack. Finally, as I was getting ready to finish pulling out the hair that was falling out, I pulled out a huge handful of hair and at the end of the wad of hair, there was a round bone… similar to that of a ball-and-socket joint (like the kind found in your hips). This round bone had a huge clump of hair protruding out the flat side of it and I dropped it in the corner and it clanked against the wooden floor with a very loud thud. I could see my head from the back as if I were looking at myself, and there was no hole in my head though this bone had come right out of it.

      Anyone have any idea...????

      Some information that could help:
I'm female, I'm 20 years old and a college student that is a little stressed about keeping my perfect GPA. Maybe this has something to do with that stress, I don't know.

Ouch, that dream sounds horrible! If I started pulling out my hair and my skin fell off, my subconcious would try it's best to save me and I'd wake myself up (due to the excitement technique).

My advice is, try using this to your advantage to get you lucid. And if things don't stop, try and make yourself very excited by moving around alot and increace anxiety, too much excitement and anxiety will wake you up. It's what I do in a scary impossible lucid.

Try and turn it into a dream sign, so when it happens again, you can either wake yourself up, or if you have enough control, overcome the fear and transform or something.

But why you had the dream, I don't know. My advice for that is too stay healthy, try your best not to be scared, don't listen to people when they say "Your face will.... If you....." and scary stuff like that. Try to stay relaxed, relaxation will help you most, your mind will think straight and you wont feel like pulling out your hair or anything that causes anxiety.

Hope this has helped, and welcome to the forum. If you need more help on anything, this site will indeed help you!
