      How long is the average dream?

      I hear that the average dream is 15 minutes long, Anybody here know if that's true?

      I am not really to sure in reality but depending on how long you want your dream to last and how long you can keep your lucidity, i don't think we can really put a time on that.

      There was a monk a read about that apparently had one dream for years on years but i think most of us wouldn't have enough intent and concentration for that, it would take them years and years to reach that stage.

      The longest i think i was i have had would last around 20-40 i would say.

      Some of my night dreams seem like it last from when i go to sleep at night til when i wake up in the morning.

      I'm not sure how it would work but remember those monks don't really live in this world to an extent, and remember I only read these things I don't know on how true those are, but I'm sure some people have had some extraordinary gifts and powers and can do anything they put there mind to.
