I think I fell into a dream through SP! :)

It took a long time to fall asleep last night. To make matters worse, I woke up at like 1 o' clock in the morning and I could hardly go to sleep after that. Eventually, I fell asleep, and dreamed a VERY VIVID dream. I was sort of aware that I was dreaming, because I realized that I was just in bed a few seconds before, and all of sudden I was across the town in a ghetto neighborhood. I just went a long with the dream, though, and I don't know why I didn't try to become more lucid. I woke up after about a minute, and right after, I was entering SP. I could still sort of feel my left arm, but the rest of my body was paralyzed or was becoming paralyzed. (???)

I thought about the dream I was just in, and all of a sudden, I just teleported back into the dream somehow. This feeling was very awkward- the transition felt sort of like... Ah, how do I describe it? In the movie Jumper the main character just vanishes in thin air and pops up somewhere else. I guess I can say it felt like that?

Even though I guess I was still kind of in the dream, I could still feel my physical body. I broke out of the SP, and I can't really say that this was intentional. I think it's finally time to enter a lucid the next time I go into SP...

I think I somewhat know what your describing. I get that feeling before I wake up from a lucid dream. Like when my sister wakes me up in the morning, I hear my door open and her call my name, but I'm still dreaming. Then she turns on the light and I freak out and wake up.

Anyway, SP is a good place to be if you want a lucid dream.
