I cant feel pain in dreams, just smell, taste and a stunted sense of feeling but I know that most other people do, my friend had a dream where he got stabbed through the stomach with a sword and then woke up and threw up. |

Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it
I don't have any senses in dreams apart from sight as far as I can tell. Although once I could feel my own hand. I suppose anything can be as real as your brain can make it. |

often i run into taste, or some pressure that results from something like a knife wound (it doesnt hurt, its just like a weird pushing pressure) and once i felt pain but i immediately awoke to find i had rolled on something. i was actually more worried about how my mind timed my dream just right to coincide with the pain, or maybe hid the pain until there was a part in the dream that was appropriate. |
