      B6 and violent dreams

      i was looking at some parts of my old dream journal. And i noticed that all the nights i took some vitamin B6 i had really vivid and violent dreams. When i didnt take B6 my dreams were much more mellow. What happens to your dreams when you take vitamin B6?

      i dont have violent dreams when i take b6 but when i do take b6 dreams are extremely vivid and tend to have 2-3 extra dreams it weird . b6 is strange lol
