Dream scripts? Here's the deal....to dream something U want, passion for that something and repetition of doing it throughout the day and night. If U want to dream an entire dream sequence instead then U'll have to passionately act out that sequence throughout the day and night....U can't imagine Urself doing it and expect to dream it...dosen't work for me anyways....

You should outline what you want to happen on paper, or computer, and day dream it. Whenever you have spare time. Even before you go to bed. A WBTB would work well here.

You mean dream incubation - controling the content of your dream. Simply picture everything you want to dream about. Go through it bit by bit, detail by detail. The more detailed, the better. Think about the dream in bed before you go to sleep. Really concentrate on it, and try to make it the last thing you are thinking about when you drift off. Be prepared to practice this for several nights. You may want to start with something generally simple, working your way up to more complex things.

I like doing dream incubation, but I also appreciate the dreams where the plot just unfolds on its own and I just go with the flow!

Still it involves passion and focus on that particular item U want to dream about.....U just wanna dream it with no feeling for it or worse, anything U want without any real effort and dedication......won't work....I tired it before. I saw U just brushed aside my suggestion as being easier said than done...shows Ur just wanting to have LDs with the least effort....Ur wasting Ur time LDing at this rate.

make me sure you never were interested in what the dreaming is.. else you wont ask such question...

Yeah...incubation. Chances are that you won't be able to get it perfectly, but I think if you are dedicated, and relaxed, with confidence that if you beleive you certainly can dream of a certain topic, you can, you will at least dream vaguelyof the topic you incubated.

Let us know how it goes, give it few tries, but don't get frustrated or fed up should it not work...these things can take alot of effort and time.
