      opinion on this please?

      I've occasionally had nightmares which "came true" in real life long after. they were weird, terrifying. wondering if anybody has any "explanation" as to how that can happen-- scientific, religious, ANY explanation at all?

      if it's o.k. to relate one that was by far the weirdest-- when I was in high school I had an awful nightmare about some people committing suicide- it included their names, etc. Although the nightmare was scary, I was able to dismiss it because I didn't know anybody by those names. Man years later, they did kill themselves. and it turned out the reason why I didn't know who they were when I had the nightmare was because they had not yet been born.

      does anybody have any "logical explanation" for this?

      This might not be want you want to hear, but maybe the names of the people who died
      changed since it was an old dream.
      My dreams often change to match events of the pressent time.

      Altho i get some dreams that come true too.

      I'm afraid I don't. It even cuts across what I like to believe although I have certainly met other people who have had dreams come true in otherwise impossible circumstances. It *could* be coincidence but I don't think you believe that.

      I think you have to belive in an eternal pool of knowledge for what you say to happen.

      they weren't common names, & my memory in general is as such that nothing stands a chance of being forgotten or confused
