      Mugwort tea, as well as 2mls of Calea Dream Herb, which I presumably helped a fair bit.

      Whats mugwort tea? And more importantly is it legal in California

      Mugwort is a herb which helps induce more vivid dreaming, lucid dreams, as well as massively increase the chances that you will remember the dreams. Its legal in Australia, so I presume it is legal in California. You can put one tea-spoon of the stuff into cup of boiling water, and it works a treat. Its dirt cheap down here
