I'm unsure of how wilds work in terms of getting into a REM cycle.
For example, I usually go to sleep at 11 or 12' o clock and wake up naturally after a REM at around 4:30. This is when I do my WBTB and try to WILD. I'm confused because it says a REM occurs every 90 minutes.. well wouldn't that mean id be sitting around in bed for 90 minutes waiting to enter a dream? This same question applies to afternoon naps.. how can you enter straight into a dream if REM doesnt occur for 90minutes (after NREM)?
Am I supposed to try to WBTB/WILD after interrupting a REM cycle?
