Myself, none. Ever. I've never, ever experienced noticeable sleep paralysis, even during my WILDs. |

No, by "frequency" I meant how often you get SP. |
|
I used to wake up in Sleep Paralysis nearly every night. And more often than not I'd get it several times a night. It was REALLY annoying but the only sure fire way I had to slip into a LD. |

thx for the info blue and vex. |

I used to get it when I was younger. The highest frequency I've had was about 5 a month, and those came sometime before the age of 12. After that it died down a lot, to once or twice every few months. |

Take advantage of it. When you are in this stage, there is the possibility of having and OBE. Try to separate yourself from your body. Pull away and see what happens. |

Iv'e been doing some research on dreaming lately for a project, and have discovered this: Every night, you enter sleep paralysis. This keeps you from acting out your dreams. So, the act of your body paralysing itself is a safety measure. Waking up while you are still paralyzed doesn't happen a lot, and I don't see why it should be harmful. If you are deeply concerned about it, see a doctor. If not, I'd just let it slide. |

"It was a dream! Can you control what you dream about, Hermione?" -HP7-9 Tasks-
I honestly don't think I've ever experienced sleep paralysis even though I want to so much because I want to know what it feels like. I remember once hearing a weird low monotonic sound for a while and making it return a few times after it died away but nothing in terms of actual "paralysis" I don't think. |

Wait!! .......Am I dreaming right now?

It's time for a new beginning...
I've only experienced SP once that I can remember. I broke my arm snowboarding and I was on some Hydrocodon. The first day, after they set my arm in the cast, I was really drowsy and drugged up. I took a nap on my bed in my dorm room and then I saw a student come into my room making a creepy smiling face. I didn't know him personally, but I knew who he was. I couldn't move and I was scared so I started cussing at him and telling him to get out. After I woke up, I wasn't even sure if it had even happened. I think I was hallucinating b/c of the drugs and stuff. It was weird. I've never had any SP naturally though. |
|
i've never felt my body entering SP, and i dont think ive ever had it while waking up either. |

Everything you can imagine is real.
