Have you suffered any neck or ear injuries..? Do you take any form of medication..? How would you rate your stress level in life on a scale of 1-10..?
These factors may significantly contribute to the frequency of sleep paralysis.. something that the general population experience typically once or twice in a lifetime - hence, it is not normal to experience it so frequent during a week. I would say you should go to a doctor.
I used to faint and hallucinate quite frequently which motivated me to seek a doctor's opinion. It did help but essentially I realised that it was almost entirely psychosomatic. Hopefully, that is your case as well. Otherwise, there is something physically wrong with you..
