so i finally decided to start a real dream journal and keep it next to my bed. also, since i don't have time to write down my dreams in the morning i will wake myself up around 2:30 am and hope for a dream to record. i got to be around 11:00 pm.
the problem is, since i've been waking my self up in the middle of the night, i haven't been recalling any dream. i'm just wondering what you guys think it might have caused this change. is it maybe that my alarm is very loud? maybe its because of the time i'm waking?
the week before, when i first started to learn about lucid dreaming, about 3 dreams per 5 days. this is w/o waking myself during the night, and my mom waking me up for school in the morning. i'm leaning towards that it maybe be the volume of my alarm, so i'm thinking about using my ipod next week.
check my dream journal to see whats been going on in the past two weeks or so.

Personally, I have not had much success with waking up from an alarm and remembering a dream. Most of my dreams I get from waking up in the early morning in weekends/vacations, sleep for 10-30 minutes, wake up, etc.
