Thread: Other realities?

Hello I have been having dreams since I can rememeber about other time/places/realities, dreams of this kind I have a lot and I dont know how to categorize them as kind of lucid dreams or soft nightmares, as sometimes I experience lots of things there, and I have died or get hurt bad in many of them, like being shot, stabbed, eaten, crashed, etc, and all dreams end there, however most leave a feeling of pain where the wound was that quickly goes away, while some others are interupted the moment something strange happen, like names, people or things that I never knew. These dreams are always in first person as if being awake but I cant control my body, just like looking in my own other me eyes, being me if that can be said, and most are normal living live, like taking any normal day while others are when bad days happen, all got changes from simple things to stuff I could not explain but felt normal there, some I know some are strange people I have never seen but in the dream it feels natural, diferent couples, pets or friends, places, houses, etc, even the sky was once like redish or gray, but until now no bizarre stuff like other planets, or people being monsters, aliens or other things, also I remember many of this dreams as it were more like memories or dejavu.

Anyone else got this alternative reality dreams? and if so, can it be controlled like other lucid dreams?
Im really interested in understanding more of these dreams, but they are so random I cant know when I will have one.

Yes, I have had dreams like this some are "Non-Lucid", and some are "Lucid" if it was a goal of mine to change my reality or scenes. I Dream Journal everything! I have so many it would take years to explain.
A lucid dream does not equal dream control.
1. To lucid dream, you must be able to distinguish between idle thinking (Dream state) and questioning whether or not this reality. There you either regain awareness as in a Dream Initiated Lucid Dream - DILD or remain awareness as in a Wake Initiated Lucid Dream - WILD.
2. Dream control is a separate thing that you learn.
