Hello guys, I wanted to research a topic and as always, after the sleep terror, I did this as an experiment and I was successful.Today I will present to you the story of why we see short-lived things and nightmares when we wake up.I researched hallucinations and delusions and found the technique of seeing hallucinations, rapid eye movement. Yes, in someone who makes rapid eye movements, it sometimes causes blurred vision or hallucinations that last for a short time, sometimes for minutes, while we sleep. Our eyes move much faster unconsciously during RAM sleep than the speed we normally want to try, and hallucinations sometimes appear more realistic and make the visions you see in your dreams appear more realistic.Because of nightmares, you see a nightmare, that is, a black entity. Since your body is already paralyzed due to consciousness, your stress and anxiety level increases and when the black entity touches you, you feel it.I tried this while awake on the balcony. Since I was conscious, I moved my eyes faster, although not as fast as when I was asleep. I closed my eyes for a few seconds and opened them. I looked at the sky and there was really white everywhere. I saw moving particles, I was very surprised and excited, and when I looked at a place in the sky, I also saw a few slightly transparent black moving lines or object-like things, very realistic.It was an experiment. Normally, it varies from person to person. When the eye improves, there may be a slight pain because I moved it quickly, but it will pass. Remember, when you get too tired, hallucinations may sometimes appear.
