It's not necessarily me that needs this help since I do not exactly feel very much or any fear towards my 'nightmares', but I have a friend losing sleep because of hers. Anybody know of a non-lucid dreaming tactic she can use to get rid of or at least make these nightmares less frequent for her? She has them every night and it's really getting to her, I would appreciate the help.
And I have already suggested using lucid dreaming, but she won't listen to me on that. Which is why I'm looking for a non-lucid way of helping with her nightmares. Because she might listen if I don't suggest lucid dreaming.
