So I've about 5 moments in dreams I knew that I was dreaming but every time it looks so fake that I just try to imagine something but it looks like a day dream instead. This is pretty frustrating and disappointing do you have any tips for me?
For the records I used MILD and a WBTB-WILD to achieve lucidity.
