I used to have a thing where i would go to bed at 8pm, wake up at 3am to see if i remember any dreams to write down, then id fall asleep and wake up 2 hours later at 5am to do the same thing, then again at 8am.
Im wondering whats the latest time i could go to bed so that i can still practice my recall by waking up in the middle of the night, yet getting more out of my day? I seem to think 8pm is a bit too early and i never really have much to do. Any ideas? And if you can ciuld you tell me a time that would be good to go to bed and times to wake up so i can experiment with them?
