So, for a while now, perhaps a few months, I've had these moments where it's like I will myself out of dreaming. For example, yesterday morning I woke up a bit late; I was supposed to wake up at 5 AM, but around 6 AM I suddenly realized I was dreaming, but not in a good way. It was so quick, but it seemed unnatural. I suddenly thought to myself "I'm asleep, and I need to wake up," and I woke up. It happens a lot, but I never get a chance to become lucid, it's like I just become immediately awake. But for that split second, I know I'm dreaming and that I need to wake up. I was wondering if anyone else does this a lot, and if there is any way I can transform this weird habit into a good habit that can induce lucid dreams? |
