Thread: Sentence dreams?

Okay so I don't know if this is just a side effect of the amount of writing I've been doing lately, but a lot of times as I'm waking up I have like a sentence running through my head, or multiple rather like I'm reciting a paragraph-I'm not telling it what to say though- haha. And even once I'm awake it's like trying to continue (like normal dreams do)

So yeah just wondering if any of y'all have experienced something similar or anything

This is most likely a dream from nREM sleep. I've been learning about this in my class about dreaming.

I often wake up feeling like I've been constantly thinking--a constant stream of thought. It's normal. It happened to me this morning in fact before I went back to sleep and had a lucid dream.
