True information in hypnagogia

I had an interesting experience this morning. I woke up before my alarm clock and had a sense that it must be nearing time for me to get up. I wasn't fully awake and was still experiencing those hypnagogic, dream-like senstations. The sun wasn't even nearly up yet, so I had no external clues as to what time it actually was. I was curious to see how much longer I had to sleep. Then I heard a hypnagogic female voice say, "It's 6:35. Don't even look at the clock...it'll just wake you up further." I replied in my mind, "Well, now I have to see if that's true." I leaned out of bed and grabbed my cell phone from the night stand to check the time. It read 6:31.

Okay, I was 4 minutes off, but I still thought that was pretty cool. And my hypnagogic voice was correct...all it did was kept me from falling back to sleep during those last 20 minutes that I could have had another dream.

Yet another amazing story :D . I love these, when you get so amazing subconscious <-> Real life influences. I wish I had a voice like that announcing the clock for me, so i don't have to wake up to see the clock , and instead attempt a WILD.

Interesting experience. We all have natural 'clock', just not many are able to sense it, that's pretty much why it is possible with intention to wake up at certain time. :)

Actually you're right, I always wake up at the same time(almost) in the mornings.
Also in summer, when i was waking up (without alarm) at 5:00AM , i just woke up as i wanted to wake up. It's weird though that with enough will power we can use the natural clock to wake ourselves up.
