Thread: Interesting question

Sitting here , i remembered something.
So it happened like 3 years ago.
My and dad's bed were in one room , and we went to sleep, we talked about something.
Then I started to talk a lot(i was telling a story or something like that), and was talking and talking. Then suddenly something clicked in my head and i was lying on the bed in complete silence. I waited a bit to see if dad will respond. He didn't.
Then i realized that the whole time(from middle when i told the story) i was not awake, but it was some kind of dream/hallucination(?).
But the visuals didn't change at all.

Have this happened to any of you ?

Do you mean becoming lucid apropos of nothing or staying in the same "scene" after the realization? In both cases, yes they have happened to me and, I believe they're normal.

I believe I was kinda in dreaming state when I was "talking", but i wasn't aware of it , and then something snapped and i was in reality again(i think) and i realized that it wasn't real.
