Hey sarimdesert,
When I first started out trying to get Lucid dreams, I had a similiar problem but I don't know if it is exactly the same problem you have or if it will help what I say, anyway to the point.
So everytime when I dreamed about people with whom I have contact with in real life I was soo annoyed really and didn't even care to write their names down in my Dreamjournal, sometimes I was so irritated that I didn't even cared about the dream, but hoped that I will just forget it, so they hopefully would not appear again in my dreams.
That sounds ultra silly, doesn't it? But for me it was just very annoying, because I wanted to have awesome dreams, dream adventures and not meeting persons from real life, not meeting colleagues etc, right?
But anyway, what I did after some time trying to avoid these dreams, was I was just accepting it after some time, I accepted that it was part of my dreams sometimes that I also dreamed about them, often I had days where I just dreamed about real life related stuff, the same persons etc, and yes at first it was annyoing.
But I accepted it as part of me and my dreams, I accepted it that my dream "I" wasn't different from my real life "I" and that these dreams can happen and are nothing to be annoyed of (sorry can't describe it better in english) As soon as I accepted that this stuff, my overall dream recall got better and also my success with trying to get lucid :]
So the only advice I can give you, try to accept it, it is your brother and he is around you often, so it is just normal for him to show up in your dreams than too, maybe you can even try to get something out of it and always reality check, when you see him eating, when you see him the first time of the day etc. just think of situations where you want reality check when he does something specific, that will also train your memory what is good for dream recall and also you maybe will do the same in your dreams and get lucid and than you can let him disappear or just fly away
