Dreams coming to life.

Two days ago my friend had a dream where he was in the scenario from the movie ''SAW'' (not sure which one) where the protagonist had to stick his hand into a machine which would puncture it in order to save people he knew from getting shot by an automated shotgun while bound to a merry-go-around. In his dream he was the man who was supposed to save the people he knew; In his version of the dream there were only 3 people in the merry-go-around which happened to be 3 of his best female friends, and he ended up in saving them all, but having his hand punctured. This is what he saw in his hand the morning after.

Picture 1. Please note that this picture was taken some time after him noticing them, the 3 ''marks'' have been worn out. The marks were around the extremes of his hand, the wrist area is the first one, in the very middle the next one, and in the root of his knuckles the last one. The dot that is seen after the middle one is him trying to measure if he could do it by hand, by nails.

The night after he saw another dream in which he was a pirate. He had a map which was very cartoonish. Basically, he was a pirate hunting for a treasure. In the dream he knew he had to do 5 events/walk 5 steps to reach the ''x marks the spot''. He got to the treasure and couldn't get it. Here's a picture of his back around 8 hours after he woke up.


Picture 2. Note that there are 5 lines before the X, as in the dream. Upon closer ispection all the lines seem to have 2 scars, and the X has either 3 or 4 Northwest-southeast scars. He tried to reach the spot where this ''map'' was, he could reach it barely, but in no way could he do that with his bare hands.

He clipped his nails, trying to nullify the injuries he might cause himself. We're going to see what the night brings us, if he manages to sleep.

Seems like he scratched himself in his sleep. He's probably unconsciously acting out his dreams in reality.

I once injured my hand against a wall when I woke up. I tried to DEILD and sure enough, the first person I met in the dream commented on my injured hand.
I'm guessing this is what happend to your friend.
