Wake up to voice
It's always happened, but now it's happening more often, as in at least twice every night. I'll be sleeping and then I hear a voice, my dad's or my mum's, calling me. I wake up with a jolt because they always sound mad. I know it's not them because they don't call me in the middle of the night and they leave for work early, so half the times this happens, they're not even home. Does anyone know what this is?

Most likely some form of auditory hallucination. It does sound like it is a bit of a problem though because if it's waking you up at least twice during the night, it is probably disturbing your sleep cycles. Try to make note of what time this normally happens and see if it coincides with the end of one of your sleep cycles.

Are you anxious in getting up from sleep? Like you need to wake up early/on time the next morning?

omg I hate those, haha yeah thats a common thing many experience.
hearing someone call your name or shout your name is a very common hypnogogic/hypnopompic auditory hillucination. Almost every night, I hear my dad angriely yeilling out my name scaring me awake and it pisses me off sometimes. Just today I was slowly awaking and it felt like my dad walked right in my room yeilling at me saying how I need to be taught some descipline. I woke up not knowing if it was a dream or a hypnopompic hillucination that people get during isolated sleep paralysis.
