hi im new here....

i had a dream early this morning... in the dream i was chatting to someone on the phone and they mentioned my late father who died 3 years ago today, and they said whats you dad up to and i spoke back,,,,as soon as the word dad was mentioned my blanket was pulled up in front of my face and a grey cloud emerged by the side of my tv as i was asleep on the sofa i woke up shouting no no no.... i have a lot of stuff that goes on in my house, and its becoming annoying....just wondered if anyone could throw any light on this dream please thank you... blessed be x

Simply sounds like a form of grieving. You have obviously had your father's death on your mind quite a lot recently which is understandable as it is coming up to the anniversary of his death and you are probably reflecting on how your life is without him. This has caused you to have a dream relating to him. This is completely normal and happens to a lot of people after the death of a loved one. As for the grey cloud, I assume this was before you woke up and it could just be a reflection on how you are feeling without him, as if a grey cloud is hanging over you. Obviously your father's death has taken a toll on your mental well-being so I suggest you just try to take it easy for a while until you are feeling like yourself again. Try talking with another family member or friend about it if you feel that it will help, a lot of people will understand what you are going through.

yea thank you for the reply hun....makes sense...n yes i do still think of him a lot but its been 3 years,,, and there has been a lot of nasty things happen in my house espwcially when people are on there own in here usually happens at night and i was on my own on friday night/sat morning....and it must have scared me as i woke up shouting no no no.....thank you for your replies xx
