      Sleep Paralysis

Hey everyone. Recently I've been experiencing sleep paralysis on a frequent basis. I would say I maybe experience 4 times a week at the moment and it's usually if I have a nap or on a morning when I drift in and out of sleep.

In the past I rarely experienced it. I probably maybe got it a few times in a year but it seems to be all the time now to the point where I sometimes fear going to sleep. Also it used to only last maybe 10 seconds but now it seems to be around 1 minute-3 minutes and I automatically go into panic.I don't tend to experience any illusions or anything strange although a few times I will try and move my hands and I will see a ghostly hand where I think I have moved my real hand to. Sometimes I see a few new objects in my room for example I once looked at my Albert Wesker figure and next to him was a much smaller action figure facing the wall which vanished once I came out the paralysis.

I think my paralysis has increased since I started training to become lucid but I rarely try to do WILDS. Does anyone else experience sleep paralysis on a regular basis and how do you cope with it?

First of all, there's nothing to fear in sp. In fact, the more you're scared the scarier your hallucinations will be. Just be calm and enjoy the ride, since it is pretty awesome. Many people (if you read around on the forum, you'd see) actually try to get into sp. It's a terrific opportunity to enter a lucid dream.
Since you seem to be a natural with sp, I'd highly suggest you try more often with WILD.
If it makes it easier, keep your eyes closed during sp, and just focus on your breath, slowing it down and calming yourself.
wish you the best of luck!
if you have anymore questions, just ask ^^

Tell you what, you give me your random SP's and you can have my not random SP's.

      Deal?

You have a gift man, use it to lucid dream whenever you want. A lot of people have to work pretty hard to have lucid dreams at will.
You already have quite the head start!
