I'm interested in studying the dreams of people with attention deficit disorder. Any one with ADD keep a DJ on this site? Or is that like asking if somebody with no legs does kickboxing? |

I saw a post you had in another thread that made me think you want to know about how my dreams are, as far as, are they unpredictable/random, etc. Yes, my dreams are very random. One dream may have 10 different plot lines. It may start out as me watching a premier of a movie I starred in, and then all of a sudden aliens will attack, and then all of a sudden I'll defeat the aliens, and then I'll be going to class, and have social problems, and then God will show up, and I'll talk to him, and then he'll take me to the depths of the ocean, and I'll discover new species, and then I will suddenly open up a rift in time, and be stuck in another dimension... it goes on, and on... you get the idea. This is all one dream. |

Spoiler for Lucid Goals:
Thanks for the reply!. I was interested in studying how often major random changes take place in the dreams of ADD people. Honestly your description doesn't sound that different from anyone else's dreams. Although it's hard to judge the frequency of those major changes from your description. |

That's odd. Lemme ask you something else. From what I understand, ADD is the inability to focus on anything for very long. But when you do focus on something for how ever long you are capable of, is it really intense? That would explain you better than average control. |

I have ADD and keep a dream journal on here. I'm a little lazy about updating it though. |

Guilty as charged. I'm 23 and have ADHD. And keep a journal. Though they're not particularly 'crazy' compared to other dreams. I do have really good recall though. |

There are a few tests on the internet that allow you to test yourself for ADHD/ADD. I think they should only be used for you to judge whether you need to see a doctor or not. |

I took the adult test, and I had 3 dark squares (One more and I may have ADD, an should see a specialist.) |

Well if you seriously think you might have something then you should talk to your parents about seeing a specialist. |
