Yes I do
No I don't
I've never really tried....

After a while the sound doesn't bother me and I don't actively pay attention to it anymore (regardless of whether it's binaural beats or heavy metal music). But I really don't like the feeling of having something in my ear, especially if I'm on my side. I tend to keep the earbuds right outside my ears on the pillow, not actually sitting in them. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I'm pretty sure it's just because I'm falling asleep. I leave myself to my own thoughts instead of focusing solely on the music, whether it be daydreaming or just keeping my mind blank. |

Hmnn I seem to have a thing were I start to fall asleep, but then snap out of it. I'm not sure why.... It's like I finally start to fall asleep and I just bounce back, and then I realize, wait a minute, I'm still laying here, awake, XD |

Yeah- it's not pleasant trying to sleep on your side with a headphone pushing into your ear >_> |
|
I don't really have much issue. Here are the two choices: |
|
I tend to find anything like ear buds or a headphone very annoying once I fall asleep. I used to fall asleep listening to music for a while and right before falling asleep I would half-consciously take it off, or sometimes take it off in my sleep even. Binaural beats wouldn't work for me, but I have to say I'm pretty sceptic about their effect anyway. |
|
I listen to inception soundtrack when falling asleep as it produces insanely vivid images and relaxes me, i would doze off into a sleep but then after about 5-20 minutes ill wake up again because of the music |

sleepphones my friend. check amazon and type it down |

I don't use earbuds when I sleep. Besides, I don't usually listen to anything when I fall asleep and if I do it's usually playing through speakers very quietly. My hearing seems to be exceptional when I'm falling asleep and I can hear things on like the quietest setting. I sleep with my head on it's side anyway so my ears are against my pillow which makes anything on my ears rather annoying and uncomfortable. |
